Water
Available water pipe networks are as follows:

The main water connection is from Váci út.
Sewage
There are collecting sewage mains on Váci út and Vízafogó utca as well as at the northern part of the site. Collecting sewage pipes have been placed in Turbina utca and within the area located to the west from the site.
Gas
Available gas pipe networks are as follows:

The site is connected to the gas network in Vizafogó utca via a gas pressure control station.
Electricity
There is a 12 kV High Voltage electricity supply to the site.
A 10 kV electricity network has been built on the site.
0.4 kV networks supply the all the site's buildings.
