Site overview
The site is flat with easy access from all directions. The overall dimensions are some 200 times 400 meters.
There are two main entrances for large vehicles and cars. Offices can be reached also via the main entrance from Váci út.
Buildings comprise offices, workshops, and storage facilities (indoor and outdoor). The total lettable area is some 50'000 square meters.
Plenty of parking is available on site and on adjacent streets and parking areas. The number of parking spaces on site exceed 200; more may be used as and if required. The immediate surrounding offers another some 1'000 parking spaces within 500 meters.
The main office building has a reception which is manned 24 hours every day. The in-house bank automatic telling machine disperses notes 24 hours every day, around the year.
