The Pacont site is situated at Vaci ut 152-156 in Budapest XIII, Hungary. This is a prime location on the main road north from Budapest, some 3 km from the city centre.
The site is accessible from three sides, via Vaci út, Turbina utca, and Vizafogó utca
The real estate is an office and industrial site, about 72,000 square meters. There are many individual buildings, some old, comprising more than 50,000 square meters of lettable area.
At present, almost all space is fully rented. Major tenants are Alstom (offices and workshops for turbine service and manufacturing) and ABB (offices, workshops).
