To let/rent/lease
The following types of facilities are for rent:
- single offices/offices/open area offices
- stores
- workshops
- parking (car, truck)
at competetive rates (low cost) from 4 to 14 EUR/m2, available immediately or at later dates. Quoted rates are not including building maintenance fee (1.60 EUR/m2 in 2011) and utilities consumed (electricitiy, gas, heating etc.).
It is our business philosophy to offer facilities in a prime location in Budapest at rates which are highly competitive. Our rates are generally lower than for similar facilities in a corresponding prime location.

Our site has good street access from Vizafogó utca as well as from Váci út, at a very good location.
